The KR SightLink E3040 Rosette 90 Connector turns an indexed camera, light, or sensor mounting chain through a rigid 90° corner. Rosette interfaces on both perpendicular faces lock each side into a repeatable tooth position.
The triangular black-anodized aluminum body keeps the corner compact while providing wrench access around the two rosette centers. Use it between a frame-side rosette node and an extension arm, or directly between the base and a compatible VisionHolder or SensorHolder mount when the payload can sit close to the frame.
Unlike a ball joint, RS90 does not create a continuously adjustable bend. It establishes a fixed right-angle change of plane while each rosette joint supplies discrete indexed rotation.
Why an Indexed Corner
RS90 separates two jobs cleanly: the body creates the 90° turn, and the rosette teeth set the rotational angle on each side.
This is useful when a camera needs to face inward from a vertical post, a light needs to hang below a crossbar, or a sensor bracket needs to turn off the face of an extrusion. After service, the connected parts can return to the same tooth positions rather than being re-aimed entirely by eye.
How It Mounts
Place RS90 wherever the SightLink rosette chain needs to change plane without introducing a friction arm:
Both perpendicular faces are ¼"-20-threaded at the center and use the shared stainless shoulder-screw rosette hardware. A mating rosette part may be indexed around either center before tightening.
Build the Turn You Need
Because both faces use the same rosette logic, RS90 can be flipped and rotated to turn the chain left, right, upward, or downward without a direction-specific connector.
- Vertical post: turn a camera or light inward toward the inspection area.
- Top crossbar: turn the chain downward while keeping the payload close to the rail.
- Extension arm: place RS90 before or after RSA10 / RSA15 / RSA20 to choose where the change of plane occurs.
- Direct payload mount: connect a compatible rosette camera, light, or sensor holder without an extension arm.
Interface and Load
RS90 provides two perpendicular ¼"-20-threaded rosette centers in a black-anodized aluminum body; a released working-load figure has not yet been published.
The indexed teeth improve angular repeatability and anti-rotation compared with a plain single screw, but the complete assembly still depends on tooth engagement, center-screw depth, torque, adjacent-part stiffness, payload offset, vibration, and cable pull. Keep the chain short and validate the released hardware in the real installation.

Rosette base nodes, extension arms, VisionHolder or SensorHolder payload mounts, extrusion, T-nuts, devices, and cable-management parts are separate unless supplied as part of a larger system kit. Confirm the final hardware quantity and release pack before publication.
