KUPO Robotics / Machine vision mounting
Rosette-locked mounting for cameras, lights, sensors, and monitors. Fast to adjust on the lab bench. Ready to carry proven geometry onto a machine frame.

Find your setup
Choose the situation closest to your project. Each route explains the starting structure, mounting behavior, and current products or configuration decisions that belong together.

Explore camera position, light angle, working distance, and contrast on a compact, rebuildable bench frame.
Explore this route
Test reach, clearance, access, cable direction, and camera geometry inside a realistic extrusion envelope.
Explore this route
Carry reviewed device geometry onto compatible machine frames with an indexed KR-Interface mounting chain.

Machine-vision mounting should support both discovery and implementation. Use flexible positioning while searching for the image, then choose the shortest credible mounting path for the geometry you have proven.
Loosen, re-aim, and test. Move the camera or light while you evaluate contrast, reach, clearance, and cable pull.
Record the working distance, angle, device interface, and support length before choosing a production mounting route.

The shared interface
The KR-Interface uses interlocking rosette teeth instead of relying on smooth friction alone. The joint opens for adjustment, then returns to defined tooth positions when it is locked again.
Final load, vibration, cable pull, and image-position requirements still need to be checked for the real setup. The interface gives the mounting system a clear mechanical starting point for that review.

Machine-vision cameras, lights, and sensors vary widely in size, interface, position, and operating environment. Drawing on decades of professional grip-equipment design and manufacturing, KUPO develops custom-made mounting components, interface adaptations, and OEM solutions when standard products do not fit.

Why KUPO
KUPO brings decades of professional grip experience to machine vision, where cameras, lights, sensors, and monitors must be positioned, locked, serviced, and changed with confidence.
Place each device where the image and working geometry need it.
Choose the interface and support path for the required adjustment behavior.
Change the setup without rebuilding the entire supporting structure.
Camera, light, sensor, monitor, frame size, and sample geometry: KUPO can help map the first credible configuration.
