Overview

The KR SightLink E3040 Rosette 20 cm Extension Arm adds 200 mm / 7.9 in rosette-center span to a rigid, indexed mounting chain for cameras, lights, sensors, and adapter plates on 3030 / 4040 extrusion. Rosette patterns at both ends let the arm lock into repeatable tooth positions instead of relying on a friction joint.

This longest arm is a flat black-anodized aluminum link with more than one way to work. Fit the rosette hardware to either end and either face, reverse the arm end-for-end, remove a shoulder screw to expose a direct ¼"-20 female thread, or use the center M6 holes to bolt the arm flat to extrusion with T-nuts.

The result is one compact part that can act as a rosette-to-rosette bridge, a direct device bracket, or an extrusion-mounted cross-arm. It belongs to the Factory Line mounting path where short geometry and indexed service positions matter.

Rosette teeth turn an angle into a repeatable mechanical position: loosen the joint, move to another tooth, and return to the previous indexed position without re-aiming entirely by eye.

That makes the arm useful where a camera, light, or sensor may be removed for cleaning or service and then returned to the same discrete angle. The rosette controls angular position; the short straight arm controls offset. Cable strain relief and correct fastener torque still matter because indexing does not eliminate bending, vibration, or cable pull.

Use the Rosette 20 cm Extension Arm as a reversible rosette link, a direct ¼"-20 female endpoint, or a flat T-nut-mounted extrusion arm:

3030 / 4040 extrusion or machine frame -> SightLink rosette base or multi-interface plate -> KR-E3040-RSA20 (200 mm / 7.9 in rosette-center span) -> RS90 connector and/or VisionHolder / SensorHolder rosette mount -> camera, light, sensor, or adapter plate

At each end, the rosette pattern and the ¼"-20 female route share the same center. Install the stainless shoulder screw to build an indexed rosette connection; remove it when a compatible device or adapter should thread directly into the arm. Those two routes use the same center and cannot be used simultaneously at one end.

Both ends are reversible and both faces are usable, so the arm can place the next component on the required side without a separate left-hand or right-hand SKU.
